Wow... so the developers of open source P2P software can now be sued... (including SourceForge, just for hosting the code for the app!!!)

The bit torrent protocol should never have been developed!  They are slowing the pipes (that we sold them) - with big trucks  - .. IT TOOK ME 24 HOURS TO GET MY EMAIL YESTERDAY

Anyone associated with this lawlessness whatsoever should be imprisoned.

That seemed like a hoax until I found more sources on it. They should throw Blizzard under the bus too for using the technology to distribute their patches.
