New cpu and cfg file

I got a new cpu and I have two Geforce7600GT video cards. I love the way it looks with quake and have vigurousley searched every where on console commands and cfg files for Quake2 to make my playing more smoother and to no avail, I am exhausted. Does any one have any tips for wireless mouse smoothness and video enhansments for quake2?

There is too much latency in wireless mice for any serious FPS gaming, so you will never overcome that. There are many excellent gaming mice you can buy (wired) with high poll rates (at least 500Mhz) and high DPI (at least 800). As far as video display its a long subject and will depend on whether you're using stock Quake 3.21 or R1Q2. Also go to the Troubleshooting area and look at the sticky on dual core PC's being sluggish.

Here's a tip. Don't use a wireless mouse for gaming. Good luck!
