Hi wallfly...I was reading about your free hosting service on tastyspleen and was wondering if you also offered server side scripting(PHP) and SQL. I kinda need a webserver to play around on (different programming projects etc etc) but don't have the cash to dish out. If you do provide this, can i get one hehe?

Do you have a valid driver's license, birth certificate, and reason for access other than "to play around on." 
You'll need to fill out a 500 page application, and wait 6 weeks for evaluation.

Usually not, except under special circumstances (such as if you are running a quake tournament website or something.)

If your goal is learning, have you heard of http://rootshell.be/ ?  You can get your very own unix root shell there, for free.  I think PHP is available, not sure about databases though.... (Though you could likely install mysql or for sure sqlite3, since it's your own root shell.)
