Kicked for proxy?

Can anyone explain this, i'm sure it's not what it seems. But it caused quite a commotion on the server as you can imagine:

q2admin is buggy and mostly worthless. I think its only reason for still being here is the say_person feature.

Scream is correct on all counts.  It's a q2admin bug (or, false-positive if you want to be charitable.)
