EGL Demos

Is it possible to record a game using EGL into normal Q2 demo format? If so how and if not what is a good work around that won't disrupt game play like... fraps or something that may lower performance?

egl records demos in normal q2 demo format afaik
plus its kinda dead now anyways, real men use r1q2

I don't use EQL, asking for someone who does.

He says EGL doesn't allow him to record a demo with the normal command. Is there a different command or something? He needs to be able to record demo's for OGL matches.

Anyone have an answer to this? Can EGL really record a demo with the normal demo command or do you need to do something special?

apparently you have to do something special.
I just tried it out, and it didn't record squat.

I do not, however, know what that "something special" is..
