vanilla2 tweaks

Greetings etc. etc.  :)

As vanilla2 rarely gets any traffic, and there have been some requests for a vanilla server without mymap, I've tweaked vanilla2 a bit...

 - rotation is single-player and dm maps only
 - mymap is disabled
 - weapons-stay is on
 - spawn farthest is off
 - powerups are enabled, but non-instant (activate them when you choose)

yeah, i would value a dm2 more then a vanilla2.

The DM server runs near full much of the time, and i consider it more full then i would rather join when there are more then 8 on it. :)

current settings, osp tourney ffa, dm1-8, quad on but voteable.  Low client limit.
