Old? trick watching demos with R1Q2?

Maybe everybody else already knew about this, but I just was watching a demo and realized that if you hold down the shift key while watching a demo under R1Q2, you can move the mouse and refocus the vantage point from the demo.  Never knew that... any other tricks besides that one for demo viewing under R1Q2?

Yeah, it's "old" but not very well known so don't see any harm in repeating it 

Not sure if there are other nice features for demo-playback with r1q2, but bet there are a few.

i've been wanting to swtich POVs between demos for so long... what a great way to learn sounds : /

SkulleR, the coder of q2pro and GTV, has been working on MVD (multi-view demos) for a while (check here). Not sure if he is still working on it or if it's finished though, since it's a while since he last commented on it. But, if it's completed and works good, R1CH has plans about adding MVD-support to r1q2 as well. I'm just waiting for the day we can chose povs in demos, and connect to a GTV-server where we can switch between players on our own.

Anyone watched demos with q3 promode? There is a small window up to the right that shows the opponents pov while running the demo, it's very nice, especially on GTV when you follow the matches live. Always up to date on the health/weapon status of both players, and what they are up to. Can only hope q2 will get there some day
