QWar2 Server

I'd be happy if TastySpleen could make a QWar2 server, just as it made a LOX server by request, it would be a really nice addition to TastySpleen's collection!

We'll be happy to, after our server hardware upgrade is completed.  Remind me again in a couple weeks.  There will be plenty of room for new servers on the new system.
