 :bigcry: When i log on to the tastyspleen rails mod, it tells me to please up grade then console tells that im not using anti cheat and i have done all i know to do!!!

Download http://www.r1ch.net/stuff/r1q2/download/R1Q2Updater.zip (Windows 32bit version). Extract the zip and copy R1Q2Updater.exe to your quake 2 map. (The same map as your anticheat.dll file) Dubbelclick R1Q2Updater.exe and your anticheat.dll will be updated to the latest version.

i think it requires more then that.

r1q2 is the client.  The anticheat is a seperate .dll and i am pretty sure the updater wont LOAD it.


But you can get the anticheat that works with r1q2, aprq2, and egl here: http://antiche.at/  Once that is installed, the updater will keep both up to date.

Install both into your quake2 directory.

Yeah, it tells you which clients are supported on www.antiche.at

I don't think anticheat will work if you play in software.
