euro3 has been set up from the beginning with no quad.

Nobody wants to use it cuz they dont ping 25 there i guess.  It is a dead stable server, and playing at higher ping will only help your game.  It makes you forecast your opponents movements and position even farther ahead.  i have a blast every time i play there.

I don't think when the idea was initially suggested that there was also the suggestion of having everything completely stock.  Like some people have said, that would include weapon stay OFF, and enabling things such as power shield, etc.

That is an excellent point...    Completely "stock" would be dmflags 0, I suppose:

Most interesting perhaps being -ws and and -pd and -ip.  "Stock" means no weapons stay, and no quad drop, and your powerups don't activate until you "use" them.

We're spoiled.  I could argue for what I think is perfect, but that isn't going to be best for everyone.

• chaos mod
• cooperative mode

Kinda like xquake was, but my point earlier was that players have control of dmflags now through mymap. Have it your way, like burgerking.

Ok, run the quad dm-server on euro3 and the real men's dm-server on 27916.
But whatever, there are less real men on the planet than there are wussies. No wonder a no-quad or no-protection poll always ends up in their favor.

CTF Tourney - sounds awesome... I wonder if it would pull in some different players from the ctf scene.  I never go on that server anymore but when I did, after a while some random person would come in and school me.

Cooperative mode - also sounds really fun - can you drop weapons to teammates?
