Need To Create Windows XP Boot Disk

Okay, I am having some technical difficulties. One of my ram sticks failed, I replaced it, and now I cannot boot up my computer using the hard drive that had the ram failure. Right now I am using an old hard drive from a few months ago. I wanna re-format my hard drive and reinstall windows. However, the Windows XP CD is not booting up. It doesn't boot on both of the hard drives. I need to use a floppy boot disk. Microsoft provides a boot disk for Windows XP but I need 6 fucking floppy disks!!! Who the hell has 6 floppy disks laying around? I only have 2. Is there any alternative for booting up the Windows XP CD?

Are you sure its set to boot from cd in bios?

I have no such feature in my BIOS.

yeah you do..  or should..  just need to poke around some more,  or maybe not.

I dont have a floopy drive of any sort on mine

That's incredibly weird.. it would be under something like 'standard cmos features' menu, in one of the submenus that appear in the bios,  and it wont be directly "Boot from CD" it would be under "First boot device" or something simalair, and options would be things such as A, C, SCSI etc, you'd want the cd-rom first.. how old is your computer? and maybe your cd drive? mine wouldnt boot from cd because it was so old. (the cd drive) and I had to replace it.

Nevermind, I'm stupid. I have to select the first boot device to CD-ROM.
