Hokay.I realize that this is a Quake 2 oriented site,involving Quake 2 servers and a Quake 2 fanbase in an ever rabid contention over its favorite game,Quake 2.Now lemme just float out this idea to the folks out here,and I wonder how difficult it would be to initialize,but can this last bastion of old school gaming consider getting involved with another old school game?

It's a Quake 2 engine game,so those with non bleeding edge computers will still be able to run it well.A variety of weapon types and power ups to make deathmatching interesting,a stable co op mode,and a melee weapon that actually takes skill to master(or a lot of button mashing in my case!).And it's dirt cheap too.

Can some of those continually empty servers be utilized for a completely different game? Can we revive a cool old franchise? Bladematching could be the hot new thing!Let the debate begin...

i used to play some years ago, but it seems people stopped
if we get a good number together, id be more then interested in joining
