why am i being kicked?

never played on these servers until today ,and i think i was kicked at least twice?

i have the latest version of r1q2 and do not cheat ffs,i dont know how u think im am cheating but i am not.
i also admin a uk q2 server and i dont go kicking pl with no warning or explanations.

thnx for any help that any1 can give about why im being kicked :/

Hi,

Which server was this on?

We don't intentionally kick people without explanation.  It's possible you could have gotten kicked by one of our scans.

Knowing which server this happened on, I can check the logs for more info about what happened.

i was kicked from both servers i tried

DM - 67.19.248.74:27916   - kicked twice
VAN - 67.19.248.74:27912

all 3 times i got a msg which said something like bot.disconnect

if i type aclist in the console it shows me as using r1q2 with 0 files failed ,so no idea why else i am being kicked.

Ah.  Check for a file called "rat.cfg" in your baseq2.  The way our scans work, that file will end up kicking people implicitly...

no file found with that name ,i assume thats something to with ratbot ?   if so i cant have that as ive never tried a ratbot.


i searched my q2 dir with windows search function + manually and no file of that name is found.

i do have a lot of leftover files from old anticheat progs ,mebbe one of them ?

Weird... the rat.cfg is the only one I can think of that usually results in a disconnect.

I'm not sure what it would be, then.

Let me know if it keeps happening.
