The link you posted from the BTF website shows you were allowed to tag btf as a recruit in 2011.  You were never approved to be a member.
The recruit status is not indefinite, the recruit request from 2011 has long since expired. 
If you would like to make another request to be a BTF member, feel free to make that request.

In fact, from day one he was on the bubble to be tossed out on his ass for acting like a such childish retard, it just so happened that Processor and I flip flopped on it and never both held that opinion simultaneously to facilitate a unanimous vote to boot him. New members were made ONLY with clan leader/co-leader approval. How many times do I have to repeat this before you finally comprehend it?

If I beat you (which there's a 99% chance of), then it only proves what everyone pretty much already knew: that you ain't so terrific at a video game. Nothing about that states that you've been accepted as a member. You could've just as easily typed that shit out yourself. There's only ONE thing that proves someone is a member, and that's having a clan leader SAY SO in the membership application section of the forums.

As per the clan rules, which I FUCKING WROTE, which didn't change even after I left, any prospective new member must post a personal introduction and a formal request to join which would include the phrase, "I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and policies of Clan [EoM]" Maybe I'm making that up, huh? Do you see anything there from yourself in 2009 stating the aforementioned mandatory phrase? Do you see any clan leader or co-leader saying anything like, "Welcome to the clan!" or "You're now a member!"? Nah.

If I had to guess, you're gonna claim that's a private message you got from Processor when you joined. Thing is, he pretty much stated that same thing over and over, he probably copied and pasted it in every new member request thread. Just for shit's and giggles, compare it to this particular response he gave in 2008.
