Palin_2009 spoofing my name, wearing my skin

Is there a way to prevent my name being spoofed?
Palin_2009 uses my name, also when i am on the server, so i cant chat anymore.
He also uses my skin (appearently he loves wearing women's clothes).
Also i heard he spams using my name.
Is there something i can do about this?

It means if he connects using your name or changes his name to your name at any point, he will be kicked from the server.

Hmm...so I was necropost-surfing and looking at some old Palin posts and then found some of the old spawngirl posts.  Man that shit was hilarious, good god.  I hope whatever was going on has resolved itself by now...spawngirl looked like a certifiable loon.  Palin is just plain fucking dumb, now and at any other time in history.  Not sure who this Debbie person is.  Guess I haven't been around the servers enough.
