Help finding this exact Texture Pack please!

Hello Everyone,

I LOVE the exact look of in terms of how this person has it set in this demo:

Could someone explain to me, from scratch, what exactly I need to do to make my Q2 look EXACTLY like this??

Also I have the q2 cd for install, or is it easier just using the q2 starter download from this site instead?

As for the video settings looks like he may have gl_modulate 2 and intensity 2 or 3. You will just need to muck around with it to get the right lighting conditions you are looking for
