I have been railed into the slime in the cross-walk area of Fragpipe 

I have been railed into the lava while crossing the spinner on Lava Tomb.

I just hate to have enough armor to take a rail hit, but get knocked into the slime/lava and die without being able to fight back.
It really sucks if you have maybe 10 armor and take the rail hit, but die almost instantly in the hazard.

I do enjoy when someone gets the invul on DM3 and hops down and gets railed into the lava, and screams for 30 seconds
