SikoKiller - bot?

Check it out.  I guess the person in this demo is Siko's sister?
Goes by Roxxy_Cash. Saw him/her on the vanilla server just a little before 4:30 AM CST.

First time I've seen this person. They play alot like Siko (maybe it is him): this person was really crappy, but one time, this guy pops me with a rail.  totally caught me off guard. I started to say something but thought I'd wait it out and possibly even demo the guy. (Which is just what I did later.)

This guy goes from playing like a newb to hardcore oldschool (well, sorta).  Also, take a look at the demo, a little while after ToxicMonkey enters -- our guy tosses a grenade at the wall - and you can see off in a distance, after that, that someones 'there'.  I didn't suspect him wall hacking too until seeing that - he pops his own self with the grenade, like he was aiming clear thru a wall.

Really guys, is it possible someone can play like such a newb and then turn it around like these two?
