In case anyone was wondering what that is...

This is quite a serious, albeit fictitious, medical condition. It has something to do with a woman's malfunctioning menstrual cycle in which she literally queefs out her heart and lungs in a grotesque spray from her twat. The logistics of it seem unnatural and impossible, but I don't claim to be a doctor, just a creator of imaginary medical nightmares.
