...my left and my right... ...how can i make them synchronized ? any exercices to take ?

My advice would be to just find some scales you particularly like and will end up using a lot, and just practice the living crap out of it. Hours and hours of playing it over and over and over. It would probably help to practice it on an acoustic guitar too. Reason for that is because you have to be a lot more accurate with your fretting hand fingering and your picking hand attack to make it all sound smooth, whereas on an electric guitar that is running through an amp with distortion, the distortion will do more to automatically increase the sustain and compression of the notes played and tends to obscure all the little flaws in your playing that you would otherwise hear. For example, on a heavily distorted electric with a little bit of reverb, you can run a scale up and down a few times and it might sound pretty good. But you try to play it the same way on an acoustic and you'll instantly be hearing all kinds of extra noise from where your pick attack might not be positioned well, or from where your fretting hand is lazily laying across adjacent strings and inadvertently hitting unintended notes. In my opinion, learning to play on an acoustic translates better to playing it later on an electric than learning on an electric and later trying to play it on an acoustic, because your hands are already going to be trained to be a little more accurate.

However, in your case, that might not work so well. Your acoustic is more like a spanish classical guitar. Those all tend to have a rather flat radiused fretboard, and the strings also tend to be a little further apart than on any electric guitar. The reason they're made that way is because it allows more room between the strings on the fretting hand and makes each note clearer when you arch your fretting hand and fingers properly. It's not THAT big of a deal, but it could throw you off a little when you go to replicate anything you learned on it to an electric with a narrower neck.

Get a decent acoustic guitar and learn the basic major/minor open chords. A Am E Em C D G F(usually harder for the beginner to finger and get a clean chord) and play them often. Put your axe on a stand where it stares at you...pick it up and do 15 - 30 minutes each day. Concentrate on the left hand first, making a clean full chord and muting what shouldn't be stroked. Learn to change chords, gradually increasing your speed. Then you can concentrate on the right hand and timing of strumming. If you have an "ear" play along with recordings.
Easy.    The main thing that stops 90% of the people I've attempted to get started learning guitar is they get frustrated and give up too soon. I did my first time. Take the advice others have given you here and STICK WITH IT.

my friend had one of those but not an AKAI. its a Yamaha. I did have lots of fun specially the synth. A guitar can sound like a piano or flute.

Synchronization of the left and right hands comes with years of play.  Very few start out-- in fact, no one starts out playing completely synchronized and perfect.  If someone tells you they did, they are lying (and probably not that good at their instrument).

The best way to get synchronized is to practice everything, with a metronome, VERY slowly (like 40 bpm).  Practice one form of a single scale, say C major, on 40 bpm, everyday, until you don't make a mistake.  Then move the metronome up ONE notch to 41 bpm, and spend just as much time on that speed until you are precisely synchronized.  If you keep doing this, you will eventually work your speed up to an extreme level, and things that you thought were difficult before will seem easy.

On the issue of scales, start with the classical ones.  Andres Sevogia made a great booklet of classical scales which would be excellent for you to learn.

^ I would highly recommend you buy that booklet.  I still practice those same scales from time to time, and I've been playing guitar for over 20 years.  Those scales are infinitely helpful to the developing player.  These scales can also be used on any guitar, with any style of play...doesn't have to just be locked into Classical.  The benefit of these scales is that it will teach you structure and strength of position.

I understand that it may get boring, as I had problems sitting there with the scales at first, but you will notice your sound will improve dramatically.  Just take one scale at a time, and spend 30 minutes everyday before you play your normal guitar stuff.  I guarantee you won't regret it.

Also, learn how to read sheet music.  The benefit of sheet music is that everything can be displayed accurately, so you can learn how to play something note-perfect, rather than just guesstimating with tablature.  And again, do the same thing you did with the scales.  Set the metronome at 40 bpm, and learn the piece slowly and get it perfect.  Then move it up one notch, get it perfect at that speed, and eventually you'll be playing that song like the person who wrote it (or maybe even better).

I could write forever on this topic, but this should be enough to start with.  Get that booklet!  You want to get good like Steve Vai?  Practice those scales!
