best ya can do is hope your route changes to avoid the fubar'd routers, or contact networklayer and tell them their shit isnt working right

unfortunately, problems like this arent within your control, and quadz cant do anything either

  BUT  I live in an apartment that forces companies to bid for it's customers, and  knowlogy always bids the highest. Only other option would be something with satellite  I live on the wrong side to get signal. So i can't change providers. And, yes, I am leaving as soon as the lease is up
