I suggested around the time the sun started setting that we take a ride up to the mountains to see the lights around downtown Helen, which pretty much tipped her off that I had "something" up my sleeve because I've NEVER just taken off to go look at some stupid xmas lights. We were walking through the middle of town across the bridge going over the Chattahoochie when I popped the question. Yeah, sappy and sentimental and romantic, but I only plan on getting married ONCE, so I figured I'd make it happen somewhere a little more romantic and memorable than on the back porch of my house with a bunch of big ugly guys staring at us through the blinds.

I dunno if it's 44 mags or 45 mags, I think he said 45. I don't own a 410 shotgun either, so I'll have to stock up 410 shells I guess. Mainly I want it for the ability to shoot shotgun shells from a pistol for varmint hunting, shit like coyotes... home and personal defense too, of course. A lot easier to swing a revolver around a corner than a long ass shotgun. If I can get some 410 slugs, might even use it as a deer pistol as opposed to the 32 I've been carrying. Just depends on how well it handles, I plan on getting some time behind it later this week to see what it can do. I might not even keep it, I dunno. Don't know what would be involved in getting it registered under my ccp. When I got my 32 several months back, I had to register it and list the serial before they'd send me the card and black and blue bumper sticker, they don't just let you carry any old handgun you find laying around.

And I ain't dressing up in a Santa suit. I think I have a Santa hat around here somewhere that I wore a few years ago, but I have no clue where to even begin looking for it.

First post with the new machine. I'm loving this thing so far. Lightning fast. Gonna take a while to get used to Windows 7 though, sorta similar to XP but sorta not. Got Q2 loaded up, but the antivirus keeps shitcanning the anticheat DLL, I'll have to figure out how to disable that at some point.
