Yeah, I guess that qualifies you as being totally competent in your judgment of someone elses character, especially when all the available evidence proves that you are still inept. They found more than enough evidence when they searched Neverland ranch to corroborate the boys claims. Gag orders, rampantly redacted legal and evidence filings, sealed and secret court proceedings... but he's still totally innocent, right? Maybe if you took the time search for facts about the case rather than searching what you feel about the case, you might be able to make a better call.

You see, this is precisely why he has evaded justice, and why others frequently do too. In some cases, the defense can manage to use all sorts of legal loopholes to shred apart the clearly damning evidence to where all that's left as admissible evidence is nothing but a swiss cheese memory of the original evidence that appears to be completely circumstantial. In other cases where the defendant doesn't have the luxury of an all-star defense, the prosecution can convince the jury that the presented circumstantial evidence is enough to remove "reasonable doubt", thus winning a conviction.

A battle of wits? This has nothing to do with wits. It's about facts. Hm...for some reason, I always doubted the validity/trustworthiness of the police's reporting, investigations (more like illegal entrapment stings), and "testimonies" from the alleged victims.

The main part of the testimonies were not only rescinded by the children themselves soon after the "trials" were over, but in fact now these same "victims" claim they LIED COMPLETELY to get money.  Some of the children have even reported that their parents told them to lie to get money.

And as far as the description of the penis?  That trial was a kangaroo court.  They could've said MJ had a 15" donkey dick with two moles on the side or a 1/4" JaQuIo penis covered in nail polish.  It wouldn't have mattered, the medical examiner would've agreed with any of it, because remember, HE GOT PAID TOO.

A good movie on this topic is "Say Uncle", the story of a young gay man who has a tormented life, yet finds refuge in being around children, a form of catharsis if you will.  The antagonist, a fat evil Jewish-looking woman, leads the way of damning him into running away from his only source of healing and happiness, all based on IGNORANT STEREOTYPICAL VIEWS.  She even rallies an ANGRY MOB (witchhunt anyone?) to chase down this evil "child molester."  Even after her friend asks her "Are you sure you know he's a child molester?  You don't have any real proof, and this isn't making any sense", the evil cunt goes ahead with her plans to destroy this young man's life, with NO PROOF THAT HE DID ANYTHING!!!  JUST AN ASSUMPTION.  THAT'S the problem here in America.  THAT'S why I have major problems believing the police on the MJ story.
