yea there is a weird connection in tastyspleen routing. i don't know who quadz uses for his hosting services but it seems one of the servers they goofed on.

BTW, tourney3 is donated by a third party.  I don't have direct access to it, except via wallfly.  (It is reportedly in Atlanta, GA)

It's nobody's fault. It might not even be a permanent thing. I remember two different instances where I pinged over 100ms for a couple of days, only on tourney4.

its just the way the routers work, RARELY if ever will you ever see a static route unless ofc you want to drop some serious coin lol

your route actually changes a lot more than you notice, you can get a graphical tracing program and watch a stream for awhile and youll notice some hops in the middle change quite a bit, however usually it isnt a huge noticeable change that effects latency too much
