Well Time warner finally said today that I was getting "high upstream error counts", to the point the modem should be shutting down.  I think this may explain some of the pl and lag i have been getting.  Now i'm just keeping my fingers crossed they can fix it. :)

PL, lag, and other online oddities / annoyances -- yuck!!

ty majix, they told me the signal is too high at the pedistal in the yard and they need to adjust the amp, we will see if that helps. :)
