Take the last 2 digits from your year of birth & add it to the age you'll be this year.

I bet the answer will be 111.

Yes but most people aren't clever enough to realise that, and to those people it's freaky.

That's the whole idea.

A bit like medieval folks who thought storms and floods were produced by the wrath of god... It's all about playing on people's lack of knowledge.

I.e; I bet I could get a bunch of people to follow me as the new Messiah by proving that 111 was a divine number by using this trick. Many would think I must surely be the prophesied redeemer because I could reveal this magic number, 111, which binds all people across the world to my revelation.
