Hmmm... Tastyspleen is fast becoming a powerhouse of Q2 it seems.  Great idea, Daelmun... I like the idea of having everything Quake right here for us all to access.  I also have that demo you want of immortal Basic... it's on Revilla's great site - here's the link to the page it's on:

Maybe it's just me, but I'd prefer a database-style of demo's like demosquad, challenge, and q2players.  Here is the like to demosquad (Europe's demo database).

The tastyspleen.net demo's section is on the forums for now because that is the quickest and easiest way to upload, share, comment on demo's.  the demo's section is searchable by player names, map name, type, and accompanied by a description.  your killing ppl's dreams!  hehe.  anyways, if you ALL would like to see a seperate site for demo's hosted by tastyspleen a little more customized just for the purpose of uploading and indexing demo's, I will look into getting something like this off the ground, but no promises, but for now, you will have to settle with the forums.  i just figured the forum's because it's already in place, AND you do not have to learn a new link.  technically, the forum's are the main site, since it see's the most traffic.   it's incorporated into the forums for ease or access and use.

note: if anyone can find a php script or any type of web script that can facilitate the needs of a
new seperate demo's section, then contact me.  (preferbly free, or some slight nag tag or something, just show me what you got)

I like the way the demos work out.
keeping them titled by type lets you sort thru what kind really easy.
and just as easy to see by latest comment.

for by the seat of your pants demo hosting,  I think its a good start.
