Just moved 2 miles, got the exact same internet connection from the same isp, but i get mad packetloss 
My netgraph used to look totally clean, now it looks like it's been mowed by a drunk..

i guess u have small upload speed and since in r1q2 cl_maxfps = maxpackets u flooded yourself
aprq2 have diff math for packets (cl_maxfps/3) = maxpackets (u sending 3 times less packets then in r1q2)

@Sheep : your ISP is just bad... to much routing...

for just packetloss (bunch of reds in netgraph) try opentdm command = packetdup 2 or higher number (if na admins enabled this command on servers)
