valve stated in a game informer article about portal 2 that P1 was pretty much a small tech demo to see how it would be received.  IMHO when they publicly came out & said that it was a "screw these kids, we used them!" statement.  To bad those kids don't go out on their own.  They could do better then endless portal sequels.  Just like how the TF team hasn't done anything, and the CS team hasn't done anything... all they do is the same thing they did 10 years ago.  What a waste of talent.

Well, I got & beat portal. 

The first ~3/4 of the game were a (no pun intended) cakewalk.    The last 1/4 was pretty good, but the puzzles weren't hard except for one.  They all were pretty straight forward.  I was expecting some more complex stuff.
