You never know for sure of course but I think those screenshots are fake as you can clearly see they have been edited. The second screenshot means nothing as it could just as well have been taken locally and not on a server. Also the black "sky" in the 2nd shot is blacked out for some reason. In the 1st shot there's a strange darkened area behind the first line of text, there's nothing in the map there that would display that.

As to the first one: normally if you want to take a screenshot with the console lowered you have to type 'screenshot'. However you can see that the text '- S C R E E N S H O T -' is just an echo text. I suspect they just merged some screenshots like this:
In Aprq2 you can set the transparency of the conback. Now let's say I have no cheats loaded and have my Aprq2 conback set to 0 transparency so that the console is opaque. Then on a server I do an aclist and take a screenshot.
In photoshop I can easily take the console area of that screenshot (with the valid aclist info) and past it ontop of a wallhack screenshot. Then with photoshop I lower the opacity of the console area so that it looks exactly like a transparent Aprq2 console. I hope I'm right...

But,  if you bind a mouse button to "screenshot; echo - S C R E E N S H O T-"
you can use that to take screenshots in the console without showing the command 'screenshot'
Only thing confusing me is how there is a blank line in the console readout,  gotta be possible though.

Yea you were right about the mouse bind...  just tried it.

Well that's because it isn't. Normal water is no entity model, entities always disappear when you noclip inside a structural part of the map.
But the blank line in the console readout is odd indeed.

The only wallhack I had ever picked up showed the water thru walls.
