Need help, cant jump like I used to

btw. talking bout sync every frame. I seem cant enforce cl_railtrail 3 in my q2. I had placed it in my autoexec but with no avail and have to manually enter it in the console.

ive noticed in the video options - texture quality, 8 bit-textures and sync every frame- what do these mean and what are the config lines for this?

and lastly, if you are playing diffrent mods, is there a way that you can have configs that will auto exec that doesnt need to manually input anything?
