Just uploaded my new map House of Husk along with the sounds! Hope everyone enjoys it. A big thanks to many of you who helped test it! Hopefully it can be available on Vanilla as well as Mutant.

you forgot to say the name of it to mymap!!

and yes, try moving it to vanilla, if it has stock textures.

The map file name is corn1. I uploaded it to the main baseq2 maps folder so it could be used with multiple servers. I'm new to uploading, hope this is correct. The map does have stock textures so it can be played on Vanilla. Thanks.

you can go to the ftp and delete.
about vanilla, you should ask quadz, and he will check it to see if its "playable" on vanilla.

Upload was fine. 'corn1' is added to mymap on mutant.

Looks like it has potential for vanilla, if an override were used to change the sky to something default like space.

Thanks for hosting the map! I will make the necessary changes for the Vanilla server and resubmit the map under the file name corn1v. I think I will give it another week so it can be tested on Mutant for anymore bugs or minor changes.

You can change the sky with a .override file. Resubmitting the map would be a last resort, as it means another file to download. I'd like to avoid that unless you're convinced additional changes are needed that can't be done with a .override.

Thanks Quadz! I hope it's not to much of a hassle I would like to fix a few things in the map and just have you delete the old version. I will rename the new map file so there will be no issues with those who have downloaded the first version. Just a few minor issues I need to fix like the door exiting the air tunnel seems to not activate once in awhile. The acid down by the power shield should be lava & not acid. One player complained he got stuck in the invul room. An override file will not fix some of these issues. What I would like to do is keep the current version on for testing and submit the final version for both Mutant & Vanilla in a week. The map has been well received and well worth the fixes.

I would love to see this map in vanilla's mymap. If you replace the sky and a few sounds with stock counterparts, it's be amazing fun. Also, I recommend you change the power shield to a power screen.
