(G)Denise(G) spamming DM server

This ding-a-ling has been muted on more than one occasion, and I know they know they were muted because they changed their name as a means to reply to me once. Apparently they know why they've been muted. I'd say a ban has been earned. I would begin to say "permanent mute", but muting them has already been tried, and they obviously did NOTHING to modify their config to prevent further incidence. Muting doesn't seem to get the message across to this numbskull. Banning them might make them say, "Hey, I guess I should get off my lazy ass and change this gay config now."

i guess i just find it hilarious that the only reason denise would spam so much is because he knows it gets on peoples' nerves so much.
