I predicted this would happen about 10 years ago.  You just can’t let the kids that grew up playing strategy games into Town Planning University.
They should have been heavily vetting all applications from 2001 onwards. Now I fear it’s too late.

I bet the next time I go to the doctor he measures my life bar and examines my hit points.

Amazing. Phase I complete.

I wonder how many of them are occupied/short-selling/foreclosed. I expect some of them might be models but most of them look semi-custom. I don't see cars out front or pools out back. :) The great California dust bowl, coming up. Move along Californian, your kind ain't welcome here.

It surprises me they put in all those roads before they had to. Somebody put up a lot of money on speculation. Gee, where else did we see that happen?
