My fellow Quake Tdmers,

on this 7th of September, the signups for the most prestigious European 4v4 league will close. Teams such as wizards, two-point-o, synth, play (purri) played in this leagues. Team Tastyspleen did sign up so as to get the most experience possible against the best tdm teams.

I spoke with an admin of the league and he had no problem with teams from NA joining. So Its an invitation to any team (udml or not) to signup in the league.

I doubt my clan would sign up for the euroq2l.. but I'd like to take part in it if you can provide me a roster spot.

Update on the euroq2l:

What happened:

Many clans signed up to this league with high expectations, unfortunately the man in charge of the league vapored away and left the project in a state which wasn't ready to start.

What will happen:

Gerdt and I joined back the Euroq2l crew to give it a little boost so it can start again on new and better bases.
With the help of the other former admins we will start everything from scratch.

To avoid a terrible mess, the current signups will be cleared.

In order to have more reliable signups, we won't use the signup system of the website. You MUST contact one of the admins (Gerdt, drug or me) via IRC or email or q2scene messenger.

Schedule:

- 28th September: Deadline for signups!
- 2nd October: Groups and Roster online
- 9th October: League starts

So signups starting from scratch - Im still not sure if american teams are accepted - but if there are a couples, it should weigh more in our favor.
