Just thought I would stop in for a few I ran into a guy in a game I play now and he used to play q2 ctf and from what I understood they have a small community of thier own and passed tastyspleen info over to him , hope yo all dont mind :p

just out of curiosity is there any of the old players I used to play with still around???

Mugz . Shovel , Fajin. Dael , cubbi , ten etc... etc... I miss a ton of you from time to time from the madhouse server luved u all there when it was up

had many fun times.

well anyhew It's nice to see that tastyspleen is still alive and i wish you all good luck , maybee I will reload q2 and hop in a game or two for old time sakes .

Haven't seem Mugz on for a while but then he played during the day most times and I dont.
Shovel popped on to the forum a while back but other than that haven't seen him.

Hope everythings going well for you and ur brothers. If you do reinstall for a few games drop a line here

heya spliss how are you man? brothers are good just gone through some stuff with my doughter though she has a blood disease but everything seem to be looking good now

I may just install any good edge only servers up bout the only thing other then the people I miss the most is box jumping

Many cups that hold coffee (I mean Mugz) usually plays on mutant from about 9:00am EST to 12:00EST. I don't log onto that server at those times anymore due to just plain being too busy. I was pretty sure that she was still playing regularly though. Any mutant players out there to know for sure?

Heya Don !!!!! everythings ok the wife is doing good we just got laid off do to the economy hope its nothing long term

Been playing wow a bit but almost maxed there and really have no interest on leveling another character. I have seen Ross once in a great wile and tell him to let you know I said hi

yea im working on geting my files and everything back in order for q2 have not been able to find my game disk or disk with my autoexec and paks on it yet , thinking My wife may have destroyed them she really hated me playing q2 lol . W/e I downloaded the full version here but the view weapons look wierd , The only thing i really need to know is if there is a mandatory client that needs to be used now or??? I have never been a huge fan of r1chq2 although i admired riches work . the nc2.40 client always seemed to work best for me.

hey Shovel I set up a account for q2live but my pc crashed when trying to set up the game so I havnt been back to that lol maybee I will try again in a few . What do you guys use for server browsers now ??? I tried to use theallseeingeye but its not brining up any q2 servers at all

not sure if its somthing on my end that gimped or ??????

uud yea I agree was just not thinking I meant quakelive enough said there eh

Don quakelive I do not think is going to work for me

wich is cool because I was never big into q3 anyhew . The only sad thing is you play it and I wont spend the time to try and make it work right

But I will get q2 working properly I wont be playing like before but it still will be fun fragin a bit , (more like dieing alot) but I can still nail some sweet jumps

Ill send you a email when I am playing :p
