Maps only fastbright with quark

Hi,

i have a problem. Im using quark to make q2 maps and when i render them , they are only fastbright...WTF!?
This problem wasnt there ever before. Could it be agrhad thats messeing it up? And when where can i get different versions of it?
I need those render programs (3)!!!

It could be dropping out of the vis or rad program due to an error. This will cause a map that made it thru bsp to be made fullbright instead of getting the real thing.

if you run quark, you should be able to spot errors in the console if they occur when the build programs run.



Here are some updated versions of the programs, just in case:

http://dervish.tastyspleen.net/files/buildutils.zip

you'll set these up in the quark explorer>edit>configuration window, on the quake 2 tab.

make sure you set the path for 1st program to qbsp3.exe, the second to qvis3.exe and the third program to arghrad.exe.
They should always run in that order.

good luck!

PS: if you're in doubt that you sent the map through all 3, make sure you used the "GO! (textures+build+quake)" option when you run a full build.
