I found out I could do that rj by accident one day on DM when I came up the lift and had a guy right in my face.

I went to rocket his feet and jump over his head and bam, I was up top!

a: rocket+grenade jump from the balcony overlooking the water to moving platform above.
b: rocket jump into the window from the doorway that leads to the mega.
