Trouble Shooting / A "download server"?

I'm probably the only person here who plays using a 3DS (I'm serious, that's why I suck lol), so to install all of the files, I'd have to remove my 3DS back, which is a bit damaged. After getting files downloaded every match, I was thinking: would it be possible to make a server that makes you download everything? Thanks in advance!
