L4m3r Demos / speedhack or lag?

the guy I demoed here kept moving at lightning speed them freezing in mid air, ducking around corners and back instantly. Almost impossible to rail. This is a much more obvious case, but I see others doing the ghosting thing too where it's more discrete and they skip a couple times a second at random intervals so that they evade your rail. Ever wonder why some people you just can't hit and don't move smoothly? You could call it lag, but he has 41 ping. Either way you look at it, it gives somebody a significant advantage over a smoothly moving player.
