Thanks for all the help so far.

Here answers to your questions:

- What is the exact error message you're seeing when kicked?
Uncleb tried to flood the server (2)
Uncleb was kicked
You were kicked from the game
Disconnected by server

- Which server are you playing on? 
Tastyspleen.net:dm (Through gamespy)

- Which client are you using?  (type "version" in console)
R1q2 B7904 X86 OCT 25 2008 WIN32 RELEASE

- What does your netgraph look like?  (type "netgraph 1" while in game)
When I typed Netgraph 1, I got no response. When I typed Netgraph I got the response "Netgraph is "1"

Thanks for the replies.

I checked the maxfps. it is set to 30

I even deleted my old .cfg file that had my binds in it. Still no luck. keep getting booted.

Any other ideas?

Quake / Need help- Flooding server

I have recently started playing Q2 again after about a 4 year break. When I get into an online game, I last about 1-2 minutes before I get kicked out of the game for flooding the server. I never had this issue before. Any help in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
