Trouble Shooting / Re: I keep getting kicked when I try to connect

I'm in the same situation as grissom51,  I have R1Q2, I set my name to "Quartz," but I keep getting kicked, sometimes while being accepted onto the map for a half a second...how do you get a hold of these Quadz or Console people of which you speak?
