not that anyone cares but it works now without the anticheat module....idk what i did but its working fine...stupid computers make no sense sometimes.

im really not mad im just confused, i've never had to use the cheat module but now i do? plus i cant get it to work..lol.

and now i get a fatal error...GLimp_EndFrame()-SwapBuffers....wtf is THAT?

for some reason i cant play quake anymore on tastypleen (as of yesterday)...as soon as the game loads up... POP is disconnects and says i need some kind of anti cheat module.

did you guys change something or is it on my end and i tried loading that anti cheat module and i cant get it to work...im mad as hell cuz i cant be without quake and that anti cheat webpage makes no sense at all.

i loaded the r1q2, installed it and clicked on the quake icon and the same thing happens...POP.

yea i love that spot too i like tossin nades over the edge. but latetly you have to watch your but cuz more people are finding out how to get up there. top 10 map imo.

works like a charm now. i opened the config file scrolled down to where i saw a bunch of "cl_" settings..typed in cl_maxfps 30 clicked save booted up q2 and it works great. thank you.

i lied it doesnt work..i must have gotton lucky once.

I repeat - Make a new file called autoexec.cfg and copy the settings from config.cfg into it. Make your changes in autoexec.cfg, not config.cfg.

i will do that my method did not work. thank you.

hey guys...im looking for a program were i can create my own crosshair....or maybe i can draw what i want on PAINT and post it here and one of you savvy fragmasters could hook a brotha up.

i been to bullseye crosshair and im currently using one from there but it's still not quite what i want. i simply want a nice bright green arrow angled to about 4 oclock. does that make sense?

i found my cfg file but when i click on it it prompts me to use apprpriate promgram to open file.

the icon in my .cfg files in basq2 show "microsoft outlook configuration file." when i click on it the web cant find the appropriate program so now i'v started to heated.

when i play q2 i have to enter cl_maxfps everytime. if i don't i get the disconnect icon up top....i type in cl_maxfps 30 and it's fine.
never used to do this but for some reason it wont save my fps.
