So I did a search and found out you guys all know about the weirdo 888 also. I found out he doesn't like me and wrote about me in his Blog. It's funny he is an expert about dealing with me as when I enter a server he is in, he "moves to the sidelines" LOL

Well Quake2 Enhanced brought the fever back. I have not played the regular q2 in 10-15 years. What client is used now to play online? Is it still r1q2 with anticheat? If so where can I find them?

Is a softly electronic beeping noise for a BFG hum cheating?
And is a BFG warm-up sound that sounds like an air-raid siren cheating?
What about an electronic buzz for the railgun hum?
Any opinions?

Not the natural ones in game. They are fine. When some people change those sounds to make them incredibly loud even from across the map, then it can give that player an unfair advantage IMO. Is it cheating? I would say no, but it does build the foundation for creating an unfair playing field. My setup is very vanilla except for a different crosshair and hud. I keep it that way because I don't like to feel that I would have an unnatural or altered advantage over someone else. All these wallhacks, bots etc are just further extensions of that advantage seeking. They are carried out by peeps willing to take it a step further. That though is just my opinion.

First of all, apparently the ban for Razor has not been sufficient, I saw him on several of the servers last night.

im sure Quadz would give you some leeway if you could tell him other people using the exact same thing you did (I know there is others) and the names of them.

I agree with Armor.
You should let Quads know all about the hack and how it was used on the server and who else has used it.  If you don't do this, you have not came completely clean about it. 

Yeah, Skillz. That would sure as hell restore a lot of the lost faith in you here recently. There are a few of us who are pretty sure WHO is doing it also, but we've yet to take the time to gather evidence supporting any suspicions. Cutting out that work for someone would surely be a great way to redeem yourself to some degree.

In that first shot, that doesn't appear to be a true "spiked model", it almost looks like one of the "blur" models, a model that wobbles and stretches out in weird ways. As far as I know, it's a legal model to use and it's also uploaded on the servers.

And as far as showing off screenshots of Razor cheating... whats the point? Whether or not Razor is a cheater is not even a question anymore. That's old news. Like I've told Razor a half dozen times already, we know he cheats by the size of his screenshots. Only a person needing to tweak the settings on their aimbot would need to play in a window. And if he weren't a total retard, he'd try to make it a little less obvious by simply binding some keys to change his resolution while switching fullscreen mode on and off too. This is why I highly doubt he is smart enough to successfully work on any kind of bot himself. He's blowing smoke up your ass, Skillz. He's a compulsive liar. If he says it's sunny outside, grab a fucking umbrella.

I cannot see why that model would be legal. From what I can see it gives an unfair advantage to whoever is using it as it will more easily give away the location of another player. Altered sounds are bad enough even though they are considered "legal" with the extra loud footsteps etc. In my opinion that shit is all pushing it towards that hazy line and just invites that extra step to cross over it.

I believe she/he was muted before for doing it, got it lifted and then started doing it again a while back. Not only in the DM server, but the Railz server also. It is distracting and annoying and generally makes the game unpleasant.

Quads would only have to look at the logs to see what Android is talking about.

Ip changed enough to shift out of the mute.  More "permanent" fix put in place.

I stepped back into my old Boxing Gym for the first time in 16 years last month while I was on vacation back in my home town. I started working the Heavy Bag while playing this song

I got too enthusiastic and felt something in my right shoulder pull after about 20 minutes of hitting the bag. The next day and for 3 days after that I could not move my right arm at all!LOL

I used to be able to break ribs and knock guys out with my right hook. Now I'm too old even for pump up music. 


I just listened to the song again and here i am anxious to go back to the gym again. I'm a dumb bastard.

You will get that error if you deleted the Crakhor model from the players directory. In fact most have deleted that model as the sounds are downright annoying. It seems as though anticheat looks for that model as a base one and then flags it if it cannot find it.

Focalor, i never hacked or anything besides this wall hack. Razor always offered me and i told him no.
Haunted can you have razor banned from tastyspleen altogether, because he gives you hacks and takes screenshots and condumps, and then ends up screwing you over! are we all good now that ive apologized

It wasn't "which" hack you were using that I was referring to, it was the length of time you claimed to use it that I was saying I didn't believe. Anyway, that's probably just hearsay.

I can't really remember if I ever mentioned this to YOU personally, but I do seem to recall saying something like this to Processor on at least one occasion:
STAY AWAY FROM RAZOR. If people see you constantly hanging with him, people's opinion of him as an idiot will be transferred to you as well. Do not tell Razor ANYTHING that you do not want spray painted on a billboard over the expressway in the middle of your city. He is incapable of keeping a secret and he possesses no sense of loyalty whatsoever. He's a selfish, backstabbing prick. His goal is to turn other people into cheaters so that he can feel equal to someone else because he knows he's lower than the bottom rung of the social ladder. He's overly impulsive, so the first time he feels offended by anyone, he will expose them for using the hacks that HE GAVE THEM AND TAUGHT THEM HOW TO USE, which serves two purposes for him.
1.) It allows him to appear as the good guy and smart because he apparently cares enough about the community to try to stop people not playing fair, and he gets to look smart because HE was the one keen enough to "discover" it.
2.) It shifts focus away from his own misdeeds by making everyone forget him long enough to start attacking someone else, which momentarily makes him feel better about his own fuck-ups.

He's a social parasite. He has few friends in real life because he has given them the same treatment. He has no girlfriend because all females can instantly sense his aura of total selfishness and they find NOTHING attractive or desirable about his personality. I blame his parents (or more likely, parent) for his shitty personality disposition. If he does ever manage to gain any friends, they will all be just like him. Due to his apparent self-sabotaging nature, I'd assume that he also has very low self esteem and would be a textbook candidate to develop addictive habits such as compulsive drug abuse.

Razor, for your sake I hope you know of a competent psychotherapist. You have LOTS to work on, boy.

It's funny. I don't know Skillz at all really. I played him a couple of times and he seemed respectful in the server etc. He seemed like a good kid with a fast learning curve. His brother also plays on the servers I believe. As soon as he was exposed, I know it had something to do with that EMO goth-wannabe Razor. I remember that fool from way back and he still manages to slime his way around this place like the typical worm he is. I mentioned it on the first page of this thread before Skillz even brought up his name.

I don't really hang out with anyone on these servers. I don't do the IRC thing either. I play regulars like Dervish and Sinner, get my time in and stay away from the theatrics. I still however know an asshole when I see one and Razor has always come across as a bottom feeder to me.

Good lord. To disregard the thing about how he said "I used it 3 times" and then later said "I used it off and on for 2 days" which Quadz seemed to point out... he still said "I used it 3 times" even though there are 4 (count em, one, two, three, FOUR) screenshots with it loaded. So I highly doubt he's still being 100% truthful about everything. Last night in the TS mirc channel, Razor seemed to think this was soooooo fuckin' hilarious, at which point I told him to shut up and that he was probably the one that got Skillz started using it to begin with. I'm thoroughly convinced that ANYONE who hangs out and chats with Razor on a regular basis has to be a complete idiot. His favorite subject to discuss is hacking. He talks about it with people of lower intelligence until they start thinking to themselves, "Hmm, maybe I should try it." Basically, what I'm trying to say is this: DON'T HANG WITH RAZOR. If you really are a stupid human being, at least try to successfully hide that fact by keeping away from the king of the idiots. Maybe you'll still be an idiot too, but at least you'll be a legit and less stupid idiot seeing as how Razoric Idiocy Syndrome seems to be contagious.

Scrape him off. He's nothing more than a liability.

I told him to get away from Razor on page 2 of this thread. Razor stinks the place up big time.

my bad, i didnt want to make it seem like alot so i lied, but after deanrw told me to come clean, thats when i finally came out and said that i used it for 2 days then randomly.

That part is true Quads. He was in the server. I went in and told him to go back here and come clean. That there is no room for trying to sugar coat it kinda deal. That could have contributed to the "3 times" evolving into the "2 days + others"
