Is there a mod that just speeds up the Rockets, Blaster, and HyperBlaster?

Anyone know of a mod that doesn’t change anything except the projectile speeds of the Blaster, HyperBlaster, and Rocket Launcher, making them more like hitscan weapons?

Well, make rockets much faster and and hyper/blaster more like hitscan/instant shot weapons bullet like.

I haven't heard of one like that specifically, but it sounds pretty easy to implement...

I would've thought you could use lithium; you would need to set up everything to stock q2 settings (ex. turn off hook/runes/pack/etc) and then alter the blaster_speed / hyperblaster_speed / rocket_speed values.

I tried this however and it looks like there's a cap of 2000 or so units, which is 2x the original speed of the blaster but isn't close to hitscan-like speeds. If I try to increase it higher, projectiles start veering off in a direction other than the one you're looking at.

I think WOD-X can do this, but I don't know if you can do it with all the other crazy WOD-X stuff disabled.
