20-60% packet loss + traceroute

im getting 20% packet loss(italy) and 30(germany);60% on tourney4 (new jersey i think) and ZERO packet loss on mutant,vanilla/dm and mutant are hosted in the same place i think,but i get 40% on vanilla and dm,but no pl on mutant

How are you measuring 40% on vanilla?  (What tool are you using that gives the 40% number?)

That is rather odd, indeed.

For the record, here's another strange thing about ReaListiC's situation.  His screenshots show essentially identical netgraph characteristics between vanilla and mutant, while the server "lag" command reports much different information:

My first guess is that traffic shaping is taking place somewhere. If I had to bet I'd say your router is applying QoS rules to 27910, but not the others.  Do you have some sort of 'gaming' option on your router?
