And the fight thread is back...this week the topic is "WTF happened to Margarito" also on tap is "Is Fedor clearly the best MMA fighter in the world?"

First off, Margarito. GK earlier in the thread was talking about Antonio and how he would beat MAyweather and what not..well he couldn't even beat a washed up Shane Mosely...as a matter of fact he got man-handled by him. I'm not really surprised because frankly I always have thought Margarito was overrated....this division really is quite wide open now with Mayweather gone. I think maybe Paul Williams is the best fighter, but who knows, maybe its the way over-the-hill Mosely, which would mean the division is really not all that great.

Now a little bit about Fedor. Obviously he is the best heavyweight in the world without question. But I believe sherdog still has Silva rated as the best pfp fighter in the world, and I'm gonna ask who do u guys think is better, fedor or silva??I personally think its Fedor.

I have to respectfully disagree with you there. I think Silva is the better of the two. Dude is a beast, and makes it look entirely too easy. Fedor knocked the shit out of Arlovski ya, but he was behind in the fight before landing the hay maker. Anderson Silva is too smart/skilled a fighter to let that happen to himself. Both great fighters, pfp Silva gets my vote.

Oh no he isn't...Margarito was always overrated...ALL of Mosely's losses have come against skilled boxers, not brawlers like Margarito...put him in there with either Cotto (who beat him already, albeit on a close decision) or Williams and the same will happen, the skilled boxer will give Mosely problems. Mainly because Mosely can't keep himself from firing back when he gets hit...he to easily gets out his game plan.

P.S. Who's to say he wasn't all roided up against Margarito...he's been known to dip into the illegal substances before to give him that competitive edge

Forgot the best part of the whole Margarito thing...he got caught with a plaster like substance under his hand wraps....lord knows how long he's been doing that and how many fights thats won him (Cotto immediately comes to mind)

The Ricky Hatton vs Manny Pacquiao fight is just a couple weeks away. Looking forward to this one. Manny is a beast in there and Ricky can be relentless.

I predict an 8th round stoppage win for Manny.
