That's why i try not to play anything competitively. Although I do have to admit that since I finally got a copy of Die By The Sword Expansion. Level 2 made me get quite frustrated at the end of the day at work yesterday. Good thing that side of the office had all gone home for the night. Really it never got any worse than saying "This is ridiculous" out loud. I just never let myself put that much stake into the outcome of a game, even if it's just pride.

Elvis used to shoot his TV with a 38 revolver whenever Wayne Newton would come on. These kids have a got a ways to go before their anger management issues reach that pinnacle.

Funny videos though. All except for the one where the kid uses an ax on his Playstation1. That was obviously staged.

from the looks I'd say most are staged. The office ones aren't security camera's they're VHS camera's. The gamers ones are getting upset at nothing more then dying. Last time I flew a key off my kb I went scrambling to find it & put it back on.

I saw that when Seth Green did a promo for it on AOTS. The whole thing is well done. He was talking about how he met with G. Lucas and he gave them the go ahead to do anything they wanted. Said it made him almost faint.

Tried, convicted, sentenced, expelled in 10 seconds on "I think". Where's the evidence? On the parking lot pavement.

Laying hands on the player and tossing him on the ground: Assault and Battery. At least 4 counts.
Laying hands on his equipment: Theft. Grand theft.
Picking him up and expelling him from the building by force or threat of force: Kidnapping.
Destroying his computer on the parking lot pavement: Vandalism, willful destruction of property.
Instigation of group assault on an individual: Disorderly conduct. Criminal conspiracy.
Keeping his gear after the fact: Unlawful conversion, theft.

3 Felonies and at least two misdemeanors in real life for a game.
Mob rule at it's finest.

The kid had grounds for suing the host organization, the individuals and the owner of the property for loss of his gear plus punitive damages. The complete absence of uniformed security on the premises to prevent the organizers from doing exactly what they did shows negligence on the part of the organization and its members and the owners of the site.

Yeah you're getting a little crazy there. Although the organization or the individuals would be liable for the damages to his computer, assault and battery, theft, and negligence are a little extreme.

Yes it was probably staged, however it could have been staged in a different way than you think. If they had confirmed that he was cheating by watching him run the executables or checking the processes he was currently running, they could have said nothing, grabbed a camera, figured out what they were going to say, and then hit the record button.

Anyway if believing this film in it's entirety is one extreme, then you are being the other.
