How did you make the flashlight work on jump? It doesnt work on other servers.

The flashlight works in Chaos mod with 'cmd flashlight' command in console. I think for jumpmod it's 'flashlight 1' and 'flashlight 0' but in jump the flashlight literally is a flashing light. Which can be offputting at best and seizure inducing at worst.
I use gl_modulate 1000 (followed by vid_restart) to light up every last nook and cranny of a map. Also I set intensity to 4. This means you don't need the flashlight.
For those maps which have dynamic flashing lights built into them you can switch this off with 'gl_dynamic 0' - I can think of a couple of maps which are pretty much unplayable without turning the dynamics off.

Yeah im trying to get it to work with action quake. Since it works on jumpmod i figured console or whoever knew how to do it.

I believe the flashlight code is in the mod code of the server. I know the flashlight command and all the supporting code is in LOX and I have made changes to it from time to time.
The command should be documented in the mod documentation if the mod supports it.
If the server code doesn't support the command then nothing can make it work.
