The Server NEEDS New Admins!

The server doesn't have any admins who are active, and how is this supposed to keep order and players from killing each other in massive arguments.  You DESPERATELY need new admins, ones with lots of experience and patience and who won't abuse!

Otherwise people will just get pissed off and leave, seen it happen so much already.

The admins aren't here to baby sit the servers so people won't get into arguments... Admins are here to keep the integrity of the server itself and to take care of cheaters. Not to kick someone because they called you a whiner.

Killing each other in massive arguments?  I thought we turned off the blaster on the jumpmod server months ago.

BTW, modern clients like r1q2 have a /ignore feature...

If particular players are really causing problems, feel free to post a condump here.

Not really....  Unless someone is spamming or behaving in such a way as to truly disrupt the server.

I agree there is a need for admins, but I don't think it's a state of emergancy of course. I have heard slight complaints though each time things get out of hand "oh where are the bloody admins" etc.. etc.. I don't know why they always bitch about it, it's those very same people who drive the admins to give up. lol (exusing those who abused admin ofcourse.)

The Admins here say its the REFS that are screwing around.

Not that vibes really cares... but sometimes people get the ref password who aren't supposed to have it.  This can happen if it is given away by another ref, or if someone accidentally fumble-fingers in the console and says the password out loud.  Thinking nobody saw it, but forgot about #tastyspleen-live... etc.

For example, Vibes lists adrenal1ne as being a ref on one of his forum rants, but adren was never given the ref password by an admin.

In any case, this is a jumpmod board, which doesn't have "refs".

Console i would be willing to be admin considering i play on the jump server almost every day and get along with most of the players except people like jau. So if we need more i would love to be one haha.
